Usage of stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pump

in Stand Out From the Crowd

Introduction of stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pump operating instructions; Sanitary pump is a single suction, single-stage, centrifugal sanitary pump, which is suitable for conveying milk, beverage, wine and other liquids. It is an indispensable conveying equipment for food, chemical, medical Yao, beverage and other industries. The high temperature of absorption is about 200oC. Among them, high lift pump is especially suitable for pipe sterilization, yogurt temperature equipment, CIP cleaning and other systems with high resistance. Instructions for use of stainless steel sanitary centrifugal pump During centrifugal sanitary installation, the pump position zuei shall be lower than the suction liquid level (if the pump installation position is higher than the suction liquid level, tank pump shall be carried out before starting the pump). Before use, check whether the rotation direction of impeller is correct; whether the nut of pump inlet and outlet pipe joint is tightened; the sealing ring between pump cover and pump body is well padded. Before use, the parts contacting with materials shall be steam sterilized to ensure food hygiene. A butterfly valve shall be installed at the outlet of the pump to control the flow. Do not operate under overload for a long time to avoid damaging the motor. CIP cleaning shall be carried out immediately after the pump is used to prevent material adhesion. If there is no CIP, it needs to be cleaned manually. During cleaning, hot water can be used to pass first, then disassemble, brush all parts of the pump in contact with the material with a brush, wash with clean water, and then install them in order after cleaning. If any material drops on the ground after the pump casing is found in use, it indicates that there is leakage at the shaft seal. At this time, the mechanical seal device on the shaft can be checked. If it is severely worn or the seal is damaged, it can only be used after replacement.
